The Dog Who Didn't Give A Fuck.

"I don't know if I should call it a pleasant evening but the weather was undoubtedly fine, I was strolling down the edge of the road humming one of  those irritating songs that get stuck in your head and you hate yourself for it. So,while I was having this very irrelevant conflict with myself I did happen to pass by a garlanded metallic torso with a small metal bucket on its side, half filled with which was presumably the cheapest of vegetable oils one could find in the market, what caught my attention was not the statue but the amount of currency coins people were dropping in the bucket in addition to bowing their heads to black deity which was the sole of center of attraction on the street. Along came a boy, barely verging on adolescence with his rotund of a dog, golden haired dog, the one with the saddest of eyes that would make you want to pet him and get your face licked. So while the boy got busy with his smartphone, the pooch lifted one of its legs to start a stream that washed it all of it away, the culture we like to talk about so much, the things we perceive and worship as the truth, truth that is not naked as it is supposed to be and that was the sole reason that the poor little beast has those scars today, scars he got for following his natural instinct because some blithering idiot on the road can define 'wrong' for it,offended by a dog who literally gave no fucks to the god below his crotch."

The Mocking Turd

The point I step out of my humble abode, all I could hear about is people ranting about the social anomalies and the desperate need to find cures, a bunch of wussies, wetting their cunts by politically stimulating foreplay. Is being or posing as an intellectual the “in thing” these days that everyone is hell bent on trying being sensible nowadays or is it  just a part of growing up where we try to tame our primordial instincts by forcing a transition to turn into a subtle and gentle slave of acceptance. I feel like ripping my hair off my skull when I’m between these pansies riding high on their quest to become a condescending douche that could look down upon the other and feel good about himself/herself by showing the other person down.

Gone are the days of discussing each others sexual exploits and amorous adventures in a general meeting of friends, exploits of the latest Operating Systems for their mobile phones are discussed instead, majority of them would just have a superficial knowledge of the subject which they have acquired half-heartedly to be part of the conversation. The fear of being left out and becoming the social pariah has overshadowed our originality

. This is what we have achieved in the name of development and evolution. My heart just breaks to see that how uninviting and cold their hearts have become , we would have never in our wildest of dreams imagined that this would become of us but here we are stabbing each other with words sharper than blades and letting our souls bleed in the process.

Just the other day I visited a very interesting page on Facebook: the purpose of this page was to give people a platform to confess and speak what they could not in the real world without their identities being disclosed ; a very nice concept indeed but people go to such depths to fill the void of their empty lives, the guy who manages the page leaves a note at the end of every confession in an attempt to belittle the confessor and treating himself with an immense high of egoistic assurance that he/she is better than that person and axiomatically has the right to throw a handful of scorn at the poor unprivileged bastard. It’s all fun and games according to this new breed of internet bullies.

That is just one of many unfortunate instances, I have faced many in my days, over lack of intellect, choice of music, not being quick-witted and what not, I guess being the “nice-guy” is not “in” nowadays, you need superficial displays of your abilities to be socially acceptable and if you don’t you’ll surely be bullied and made to eat dirt. The heart of man is becoming colder by the day and it wouldn’t be much time before hell freezes over. ;)

Voluntarily Disoriented

There could be or could not be a possible explanation to whatever occurs in our lives. Most of us had planned big for the future (just planned) and therefore those plans inevitably came crashing to the ground, its better for the delusions of grandeur to end as early as possible, but then who is to blame for as humans cannot help their urge to find an explanation to their failures rather than moving on, yeah social acceptance is a bitch, life would have been such a breeze without it or is it that the majority of our species has fallen for such a fallacy. We can live without approval from each other, right? Sadly, I cannot answer this for you, as you have to answer this for yourself, is it worth going through all that suffering, trauma and mental agony just because you haven’t proved your mettle, what if you did? You could have the rest of your life elapsed in false pride, that would be the bargain.

We have devised our present world in such a manner that a majority of us would never be able to see, decipher or appreciate the word “satisfaction” (I am personally very much dubious of the word). This should not be misconstrued as an attempt on ranting, believe me I have always found better ways of expressing my disappointment(s) in life. Pawning our lives for small bits of guised bliss and empty smiles, doesn’t it somehow fits the definition of a disguised purgatory? Is that what we are leading ourselves into and pushing 'humanity' on the verge of extinction, a huge clan of soulless bastards without a driving force or an objective, no bigger picture to be foreseen.

Now I don’t see a reason to cuss about it! Failure, in itself is not a bad thing but relenting and succumbing to it is but what we do is sulk and crave for empathy of our fellow-sapiens. Yes that is what the world has come to, where there is no sign of equivalence in our emotional and physical worlds, we run perplexed after words which hold no actual meaning, believe me! they wouldn’t have, even after devoting so much of time, working so extensively you would find yourself ending up with nothing but a disoriented life because you never had lucidity in your goals to begin with. Most of the people I know follow the sheep-herd and would happily lead their life in ignorance without even questioning the purpose of their existence, not their fault exactly, conformism is fed to us as milk to toddlers and conventionalities are etched on the wet mortar of tender hearts.

So, what could be the solution to such an affair? Tragicomically, I suffer with the same dilemmas (or delusions) as everyone does but yes, juxtapose I’m also aware something is not right like why aren’t we ever able to hit the Promised Land? The things we fear are mere equivalents of the monsters under our bed whose existence we were made to believe in our pre-adolescence in order to coerce discipline and the thing was/is that they have always only been in our head. Just for once question and seek answers to the purpose of your existence and "do not just exist but live".

Thou Shall Not Be Rational!

And there I was trying to get some sleep but something did not let me doze, conflicting thoughts maybe, an omnipresent fear of the dark(it’s always better to acknowledge your fears, at least you would know what you are actually afraid of and the root causes could be explored for a start). We always fear what we cannot see or things beyond our comprehension always make us uncomfortable. Just like the concept of a supernatural being such as God who is to govern us in his elusive ways and he is to be feared. Now let me put it this way, why is something/someone who is supposed to be the epitome of all the positive energy (or could we use brand ambassador?) never tried to make a public appearance and then it is backed by such preposterous quotes as –“Blessed are those who believe without demanding a proof”, many might misconstrue the point I’m trying to make, my request would be to consider it with an open mind. When we have been blessed with a curious mind and the art of deducing answers to our problems, why is analyzing facts associated with faith considered a subject of taboo, instead we are to presume that the person in question is to be feared, now isn’t it the actual definition of monarchy, where it is considered a crime to question the authority of the monarch, the only difference being, here it is done under the name of blasphemy.

Most of our asinine fears are derived from myths and according to my opinion, so is religion. Myths have always been used by the abhorrent (humans) to manipulate the weaker minds from the primordial times. These people were the ones who used it to create a cynical universe that they could easily alter at their will with being a little creative with their words and actions (mostly disguised) and gradually the seed of superstition sown in the incised earth of fear sprouted a sapling that eventually grew into a strongly rooted and spread a behemoth: the tree of religion. Why shouldn’t we be demanding alibis (I reckoned it to be the best fit) of events what the ministers of faith call miracles?  Isn’t it only fair that when we are designed to question, we are entitled to answers? Okay, we ate the forbidden fruit and transcended into intelligent life form but then why did we come with an option to upgrade when we were designed to be ignorant dumbfucks till the end of times. Consider seriously what you are succumbing to, a set of beliefs which when questioned give out contradictory answers. I could go on for a considerable amount of time and come up with very amusing and apparent factoids but I guess I would leave it for you to fathom the ramifications and implications and do not forget to – Question everything!

Lucid Much ?

Every time I let words out of my mouth, all I crave for is lucidity. Like why cannot I reach the pinnacle of articulation, maybe lucidity isn’t something that I am concerned about (Not!). You cannot just think that you are capable of dispensing unprecedented wisdom whenever you wish to(capability being a misnomer here, you know when I told you about my incapability of bringing out clarity in my thoughts but believe me they are the metaphorical equivalent of the uncut diamonds I must say, narcissistic much? Cannot actually help it).

Let me just give you an example of a highly approved and consensually accepted piece of uncertain knowledge (no, we won’t be discussing Modern art :/ ). It’s the Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle, now that is a man of clarity and transparent thoughts. As we know most of our Quantum Mechanics is based on hypothetical theories and convincing people to recognize and accept your piece of super-intellectual theory is one tough cookie to break. But the man did it and what he apparently proved was an uncertainty, now don’t just consider the theoretical aspect (I know many of you pedantic asses would without giving a thought jump to that, hold your horses) but what it symbolizes, conjunction of two contradictory words to form an oxymoron (proved uncertainty) which completely changed man’s understanding of the complete working universe and that is where the line of lucidity becomes dull (which has always been thin).

I see lucidity as an answer to the questions and conflicting confabulations that incessantly go on and on in my acorn-sized mind. The very first purpose is that the thirst should be quenched, only after that I could think of observing the reflections: after the ripples have settled down. Most of the times you would find answers that might render your very questions (even purpose of existence) obsolete or redundant.

On being Gay

And now if you are here in hopes of finding some sort of ridicule or scorn against the community then you might be facing disappointment. The clichéd question here is about being right or wrong but the question itself does not hold much amount of validity if we carefully look into the generally accepted
theorem of “freedom of choice”(on an unrelated topic most of the our problems are of self-contradictory nature). I personally think that anyone should not be held accountable for anything more than crossing the thresholds of mortal sin.

“It wouldn’t have been fair to all you guys out there, if I weren’t gay”- Neil Patrick Harris
As an individual each is entitled to his/her own opinions and if the person is willing to lead  a satisfactory life(their hypothesis) based on their choices and decisions coming after then I do not see any problem in all. The only problem seen is the fact of not falling into the consensus but then, how does an individual’s personal life or sexual orientation anyhow affects  the  contribution he is making  towards his  community/country/world/humanity ?
As far as the debate about the “bad influence” is concerned, the human race has been bestowed upon with the gift of rationality “try using it for a change”. On a personal thought I don’t think people are born gay (I think it’s a matter of choice and people should come forward feel proud about the choices they made, it is your fucking life after all) but even if they aren’t who are you or I to judge or interfere? Now you cannot make laws against people just for the matter of fact that it grosses you out or any other lame excuse, people will do what they want then why keeping it under the hood. Suppression and flogging leads to rebellion and this is not just for the state, it applies to all of us, what we need here to broaden our perspective and view it in a better light. If you think choosing the consensual ‘sexual partner’ makes you better then I feel pity for you.
If God has blessed you with a genetalia and sent you to this earth to roam about and have a life then you can stick it wherever you want and have it stuck wherever you want without being ‘anal’ytical. (and this goes out for every newt out there)So, screw the hypocritical world as it’s not going anywhere and nor are the people who live in certain delusions and if you keep thinking about right or wrong, you might lose your chance on happiness.

Aberration

Does your perception matter??
What is our driving force??? What is that thing that gives us the reason to keep moving on after a significant period even after we fail quite a couple of times? For some of us it is motivation, for some zest, love, loyalty, urge for power, revenge to name a few. this is how the world usually works i.e. on driving forces but there comes a time in our lives when a certain factor causes us to snap out of the primitive programming we were running on and provides us with a realization we most certainly need an up gradation, that's my definition of the word aberration, which is mostly associated with people’s moral lapse, yea the word can be construed either ways depending upon people's philosophical bends, many desire to achieve that state to escape the rut-routine they are in but isn’t it the obvious absconding technique.

Now, who are we to  judge the concepts of right or wrong, the only thing quite factual is that our conventional belief is based on the knowledge which we bequeathed from our ancestors(Megamind would have been saving the world if he were not to crash in a place for  the “Criminally Gifted” ) and it is also very plausible that if we keep iterating a lie for a considerable amount of time, then at a certain point a time will come that it would become an inseparable part of us and we may further start believing and also living it  and when passed on the next generation, it would have been so deep-rooted and prominent that it would be received as “truth”.
Just a matter of perceptions and opinions and about how strongly we believe in them. Galileo was condemned by the Catholic Church for "vehement suspicion of heresy" and the same church in 1939 described Galileo as being among the "most audacious heroes of research... not afraid of the stumbling blocks and the risks on the way, nor fearful of the funereal monuments”,  and apparently our Earth did turn out to be heliocentric.

“Right” is nothing but a matter of mass opinion. Most of the people would without even questioning the validity believe in what is fed to them if that fact is backed by a significant number. When we talk about pure numbers, many argue about the credentials of classification.

Yes, maybe my angle is hypothetical but then so is God, still we tend to believe. You are on the receiving end, to some it would be blasphemy, to a few intriguing.

Kasab’s 24th

When a young lad enters his 24th year , it is usually a new beginning for him, a promising start maybe, entrance to the real world to earn and experience but that’s not the case for our guy for he did spent the day in a 10*10 counting a countdown to his impending death. Yes, we are talking about Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving attacker of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, but isn’t it a slap on our face that he is still “surviving”?

It took the honorary Indian Judiciary System a whole two years to have him convicted, not exactly something to brag about, moreover a sum of 10 lakhs(approx) INR is spent daily to keep him in safe custody, not a very commendable way to spend the taxpayers’ hard earned money, keeping in mind the fact that half of our population is still below poverty line.

In a bid to ridicule the government for its handling of the 26/11 court trial, a Pune city group named India Against Terrorism (IAT), held a rally on Wednesday, observing ,Ajmal Kasab’s 24th birthday ,with banners wishing Kasab happy birthday. IAT members told media persons that this was their way to protest against the government’s decision of holding back Kasab’s death sentence.

Many would tag it as immoderate but isn’t it about time to be outrageous and ask for answers that we are entitled to? Were Wednesday’s attacks a tribute to Kasab is still under the fog but, is it fair to the people of India to keep a person found guilty of 80 offences, including waging war against the nation, which is punishable by the death penalty alive for no justifiable reasons providing him with all luxuries and protection.

I would just want to end with the note that terrorism affects the common people and we must stand united to face it with courage and determination.

No Faith over Tommorow!

Just another usual day would it have been for Radhika, stepped out of her house starry eyed with dreams to fulfill like any other young filly!! Never would have she thought that fangs of fate were waiting eagerly to puncture and run venom through the lives of her beloveds!
Life had just only begun for the girl with so much left to explore and enjoy but she was deprived of it all because someone thought she did not deserved to live as she refused to be his girl. Are we still living in the stone age that we would have to succumb to this barbarism. The gift of life was snatched away from her by some mentally twisted, puny insect!
The bullet did not just killed Radhika, it killed her parents’ smile, her friends’ hope lit faces, a girl whom they would have made beautiful memories with, is now herself a memory. Yet another story without a happy ending.
This is just one of the many examples, the question is what is the world turning into? Is this the future we are going to gift to our children where the worth of human life is negligible and blood is spilled as if it were water?
Actually we are the ones who are at fault. Aren’t we the ones who choose the government and then blame our own decisions. Not a single person out of the hundreds stepped forward to help the girl who was struggling for her life, and we so readily put the blame on others. We boast to bring “change” but we should know that it begins on a personal level first.
Nowadays when I wake up in the morning, I am not sure if I am going to end on my bed or the deathbed, I walk on the streets with no sense of security, because I know the people passing by would never help if something pernicious happens, there is no faith left and that is one of the pillars on which the human race is standing upon, all we need is to gather some courage and strecth out our hands to help and I am sure others will follow.
“There is Hope that Faith will return and Bliss will follow.”
